Global Temperature still not doing anything

A while back I started using the concept of the “Data python” to explain how a small amount of data gives a lot of wriggle room, but as the data python grows, the amount of wriggle rooms reduces and reduces.

Unfortunately, that concept can’t deal with data that is deliberately tampered with or e.g. satellites that are under the control of NASA who in the past has shown a willingness to forge data on climate. So, with that proviso, what does the UAH data produced by Roy Spencer show us?

The simple answer is: not a lot. It neither supports catastrophic runaway warming, nor could anyone say it is currently cooling. Instead it is consistent with the normal natural variation that we see in the climate record, which often shows apparent trends of warming or cooling.

In other words, given the fact there are no trends in extreme weather and no support for a determination of “emergency” and given the above really doesn’t show anything concerning, in an evidence based world, most people wouldn’t even know about global temperature let alone rate climate as an issue.

But, at least it doesn’t show cooling! Indeed, I rather hope that it never shows cooling in mine, or my children’s or my grandchildren’s time. Because cooling could signify the beginning of the next ice-age. And, if you think the global warming nutters are insane, just you wait till we get the “the next ice-age is coming” nutters.

The bizarrest incident

I’ve been on social media where supporters of Russia and Zelensky often engage in the most hostile disputes, yet peace seems to have broken out. Over what? The bogus charges against Trump. They all seem to agree that the changes are bogus. So, for a short while the hostilities of Ukraine have been forgotten and peace has broken out.

It is a little bit bizarre.

The end of dollar dominance

It has been obvious to me for a while, that Russia’s response to the US aggression against the people of Donbas was not primarily military. The US, or at least some people in power in the US, envisaged that a humiliating defeat for Putin would enable them to install yet another US-controlled puppet leader in Russia. Their only purpose for the mass death in Ukraine was to achieve that humiliating defeat of Putin and put to an end, the only country still able to stand up to US aggression. That would allow them to plunder Russian oil and other assets as they did to Iraq, are doing to Syria and have done to many many other countries. What was going to happen to Russia was also going to be a message to every other country that might think of escaping the control of the US.

The fallacy of wind ever being “economic”

The theory of Enerconics tells us that:

An economy is a means to turn energy into things that are useful or of value.

This is completely at odds with traditional economics which views energy as just another commodity. The big difference, is that Enerconics recognises that an economy is constrained by energy supply, and that the key fundamentals are how much energy we can get for a day’s worth of work and how much utility and value we can create from each unit of energy.

The problem with wind “power” is that it doesn’t do anything to increase energy supply, nor does it do anything to increase the productivivty of the economy (in terms of utily from energy). Instead, it reduces energy supply, or to be more specific, it reduces the average amount of energy that any individual can afford … which we see as either rising energy prices, or reducing incomes.

The fallacy of green=gullible thinking

The way the green=gullible brigade think is this: because wind is “free” (so too is coal, oil etc,), because it is free, they believe the cost of wind does not increase due to wider economic factors … like the cost of energy. So, they imagine that if they deliberately increase the price of fossil fuels, that the cost of wind, whilst startinbg high, will remain the same and become less expensive than fossil fuels.

Unfortunately, the truth is that all energy is “free”. Coal is “free” in the ground … we only need to pay to dig it up. So wind is “free” in the air, we only need to pay to harvest it. So too is wood, oil, solar, …. they are all free, until we take acount of the price of the means to turn that energy source into something of utility.

And, what affects the cost of turning it into something useful to us? Overwhelmingly it is the price of energy. Specificially, the price of all that energy used to turn iron-ore into iron (and to power the homes, the schoools, to make the clothers, grow the food of those involved in the mining, production, transport, installation, etc. of wind). So, if the price of energy rises, then the price of wind “energy” also rises, so that if it starts higher than other fuels, it continues to remain higher, even when the price of other fuels increases.

Now, I’m not entirely ruling out secondary effects. Energy is the single most important constraint affecting the cost, but it isn’t the only one. So, other things could become a factor at very high costs. But, the idea that wind “energy” will just stay the same price as energy prices rise, is a total fallacy.

I’ll end with a quote from Net Zero Watch:

“The belief in falling wind power costs is the central foundation of the government’s Net Zero enterprise, and it is demonstrably false. The absurdity of current Net Zero plans is now exposed for all to see.”

Russia to invade Europe

Peace comes when both sides decide that they have nothing further to gain from fighting.

If, we understand that criteria for peace, then when Russia finally takes over Ukraine, despite the US’s attempt to push their own offensive, what is there to stop the war at that point?

The west has depleted its weaponry, shown it is led by incompetent fools, politically, militarily, intelligence wise but also critically economically. Russia knows at this point, it could relatively easily (in terms of the way Russians think), bring it’s enemy to its knees, but, unless Europe and the US accept their defeat, unless they commit to no further provocation of Russia stirring up war, then war is inevitable. So, why would Russia wait for its enemies to learn the lessons of this attack on Russia and to reequip and resupply and next time kill even more Russians?

The problem is that the delusion amongst western politicians and media, is now so intense, that I do not believe they will accept peace. As such, Russia cannot stop at the border of Ukraine. Instead it must continue, albeit, not necessarily initially by overt military means which give the US an excuse to kill a lot of USians.

Ukraine is a fight for the future of freedom

Russia is going to win against the forces of woke in Ukraine, which will see the beginning of the collapse of the DemonRat US, the EU and many other woke institutions that have been such a horror of the last years.

The losers are the poor people of Ukraine, who through years of brainwashing propaganda have been coerced to become western puppet Nazis: racists, willing to kill Russians for being Russian. However, there is nothing I can do about them. They stayed in a country run by a western puppet despot, and whether they went willingly or not, they allowed themselves to become part of this appalling war against Russians.

Likewise, those people who vote for woke parties, deserve the endless economic and social gloom that these woke parties have DELIIBERATELY manufactured in the UK, US, EU, and English speaking countries. Politicians made it very clear they intended to destroy our countries through Net Zero, Illegal break-ins to our country and a host of other socially destructive policies, yet people continued to vote for these parties. If you vote for a party that has in its manifesto, the destruction of the fossil fuel economy, you cannot complain when that destruction takes place!

Fortunately one place stood against the forces of woke globalism: Russia. And, now Russia has a real incentive to see the destruction of those who have caused so much damage to our society.

What is the purpose of spam?

Why do email accounts get so much spam? Why do websites get so much spam? Originally, it was what people think it is: people trying to sell us thinks and various scams. But, I don’t think that is true any longer. Take, for example, the supposed “Russian” spam that many people get. Why woud anyone deliberately use Russian email addresses and even Russian text to a UK address? The reason is to discredit the Russians. So, it’s been obvious for a while that a lot of the spam was from the Deep State in the US deliberately trying to create anti Russian feeling.

But, likewise, the big corps are trying to destroy any independent sites and any independent email addresses. Because they gain huge amounts of secret information by reading each and every email that people post. So, deluging the web (except big corps) with spam, drives people to use the big corps for the emails, and for their discussions (like Disqus), so that these big corps are constantly gathering information on us. And that is then used to brainwash people, so that a majority of people are now totally at the control of whatever Big Corps want them to believe. They think covid is the end of the world and not just flu, because Big Pharma still makes money from covid. They think the world has totally changed from “global warming”, although there is no discernable change that any individual could possible connect to the supposed temperature change, which is too small for precision instruments of impartial scientists to detect.

As for the racism of Russia-phobia, and anti-British racism from those who watch the Biased Brainwashing Cult.

So, after years of not working (which didn’t concern me too much as I really should have turned off comments entirely), I’ve just ditched Disqus.

Ukrainian administration falling apart

Breaking news: Ukranian media, such as Strana, reports that the deputy head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, offered to resign from his post.

In his place, they plan to appoint the head of the military administration of the Kiev region, Alexei Kuleba, to the post.

In addition, the heads of administrations of Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, which are associated with Kyrylo Tymoshenko, may resign.

There is no official confirmation of this information yet. This would be a major purge/split in the government. We shall remind you that there was a serious confrontation between the various departments of Ukraine’s non-government agencies, including sweeping accusations of corruption, the conflict between Zaluzhnyy and Zelenskyy, as well as the war between the SBU and the State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

Following the mass resignations, the National Security and Defence Council has banned Ukrainian civil servants, law enforcers and MPs from travelling abroad.

And just to cap it all: the Omens!

Huge flocks of crows over Kiev. Locals write in social networks that they have never seen such huge flocks – “harbingers of trouble.”

Is the Ukrainian Military about to Collapse?

For obvious reasons, what I see of the Ukrainian conflict is heavily contorted by both what the US and Russia are trying to get me to see. However, there are beginning to be signs, which I don’t think are likely to be the result of propaganda, that suggest the Ukrainian military, may be on the verge of collapse.

The logic for this is simple: Zelensky, like Hitler is the kind of military “genius” that you want leading the other side, and through his “genius” he has all but destroyed the Ukrainian army. In contrast, the Russians totally outgun Zelensky, and have been applying constant and/or systematic pressure on the Ukrainian forces and now they are showing signs of buckling almost across the entire front. Zelensky has thrown everything he has, no life mattered, no equipment was spared, and so he does not appear to have any reserve as his army runs out of men and equipment.

More importantly, the morale of his soldiers, that in the Autumn was lifted by the way the Russians gave ground in return for destroying Zelensky’s army, is now plummeting as the previous Russian advance turns to retreat.

However, perhaps, like the Russian “attack on Kiev” which was clearly a feint, the apparent collapse of the Ukrainians could be merely a Baldrick: “Cunning plan” … to lose in order to lure the Russians into a headlong rush, where upon the USians with some secret weapons and a hidden army will ambush the Russians and the evil witch will live happily ever after.

But at this stage, we aren’t even seeing the collapse of Zelensky’s army, so talk of what happens several weeks or months down the line is premature. The real question, is this: will the current rush of succeses for the Russians start to grow exponentially as the tide in the conflict turns or are they just small random victories in a very long campaign, that just happen to coincide?

ADDENDUM

Over the weekend we started hearing about the capture of the village of Kamenskoye on far eastern bank of the Dnieper reservoir. This was the first major movement I had seen in that part of the line for many months. But there have been many instances of small settlements changing hands (elsewhere), so, this could have been the result of many months of pressure leading to a decision to release one small parcel of land. But, then late today (23rd Jan) I read that the village of Stepnogorsk located 2 km beyond the village of Kamenskoye, had now been captured by the Russian Armed Forces.

In the past, there have been claims that some patch of land had been captured by the Russians, only for it all to go quiet and then a month or so later, a fresh claim that the same settlement had been (re)taken. So, once taken, it is possible that there is a counter-attack that retakes the parcel. However, when not only Kamenskoye, but also Stepnogorsk  2km on have been taken so quickly, it does indicate a more substantial change. That, together with the taking of Solidar and Artemovsk (Bakhmut) becoming nearly surrounded, does suggest the Russian advance is stepping up a gear.

The emerging multipolar world is destroying the power of the dollar

Credit Suisse:

Current account surpluses of Russia, China and Saudi Arabia have reached record levels. But now these surpluses are not being transferred to traditional reserve dollar assets,” says Zoltan Pozhar, strategist and managing director of the Swiss bank Credit Suisse, on the pages of the British Financial Times

Instead of the dollar, these countries invest primarily in gold, raw materials assets, and also make geopolitical investments. The remaining surpluses are stored on bank deposits in a liquid form to guarantee the possibility of their use

Moreover, dedollarization is fundamentally accelerated by three fundamental trends:
1️⃣ Settlements in national currencies greatly reduce the role of the dollar as a world equivalent
2️⃣ Digital currencies of central banks will allow transactions to be carried out without using the infrastructure of the financial system of the West
3️⃣ Reserves denominated in US government debt are declining

At the same time, Credit Suisse emphasizes that many today are stereotypically approaching the upcoming confrontation in the US Congress over raising the debt ceiling. They say they will break the comedy, as usual, and then they will agree. But the main question is not whether there will be a default in the US or not, but that a protracted confrontation will accelerate global de-dollarization (flight from the dollar worldwide)
https://www.ft.com/content/3e05b491-d781-4865-

So, even Credit Suisse are agreeing that things are looking pretty dire for the US and those western econonies tied to the prosperity of the US (i.e. UK). But, on top of the looming dollar crisis, we have the massive … and it really is massive US debt, of which a large lump was simply hidden (as Lord James explains below).

$15 TRILLION is equivalent to the the federal debt of the U.S. Treasury Department. Lord James of Blackheath has spoken in the House of Lords

At the present moment, the US is technically bankrupt. But, it continues to struggle on, because the world’s bankers make their money from the dollar, and if the US falls, so do they. But, as Credit Suisse kindly point out, the US war against Russia in Ukraine, has seen a flight from the dollar, and a flight away from those bankers that sustain the US (and through it the UK and similar economies in the EU).

To add to this, we have the (Russian supported) move away from fossil fuels and toward costly unreliables, which means that even the Germans cannot afford to make armaments for their own army any longer.

To add to this, we have the Net Zero WEF inspired destruction of agriculture, through the attack on fertiliers, and obviously the attack on the rule of law as occurred by the totalitarian attack on civil liberties during covid.

Add to that, the massive import of people with no historic connection with our country, who will almost certainly flee with their gains as soon as the going gets tough, and it isn’t difficult to see where this is all leading.

The UK is going to be:

SUNaK

And there is nothing anyone like me can do about it. They chose to destroy Britain … they are going to have their wish. The only optimistic thing I can say, is that those British who destroyed Britain will not be remaining in positions of power.
