After the insanity of Nut Zero an economic decline leading into a slump is guaranteed, but the exact timings depends of factors that take years to develop. So, we could see growth, before we see decline, and we could see decline, then growth and then decline, but the long term is always decline. But over what timescale. And, will the next decline, be a temporary blip, or a permanent one?

Hence my interest in the reported “economic growth” of the UK economy. I thought we might have seen some figures for March, but if they are there, they are being deliberately squashed by a compliant media to hide how bad they are.

Instead, I saw a lot of doom and gloom about house prices … something that they can’t hide as easily.

Reading between the lines, we are already in recession and that is going to continue over the summer. And most of those reports were before Trump announced the tariffs, which apparently were not received well by those with their snouts in the stock market trough. So, it would seem “things can only get worse” … which is much as everyone predicted when the stodgy version of bliar managed to con his way into office.

Given that there will be a three line whip with the media to “talk up” the economy, we know things are far worse than is being reported. So, we are in a recession and the immediate prospect is a recession and I can see nothing in the controlled media that gives me any reason to believe anything is going to change this year.

I don’t think the morons in power have a scooby dooby doo clue how to run an economy, so that suggests it will rapidly get worse.

I also see that most global trade is going around the cape of good hope (last hope), rather than the Suez … because the Houthis are boycotting the Is-ra-lis because of their genocide of the people of Jesus … which boycott is quite a good thing to do. I also see, that the EU is denying itself trade with Russia, and Trump is helping. Both these  will no doubt see the EU being pushed quite strongly into recession and it all will deepen the UK recession still further. Then there is the trade war with China … which means China may as well invade Taiwan. And then there is Israel’s war with Iran … paid for and executed by its bitch: the US. That may boost the arms industry, but it is going to dampen everything else.

Then, we have the growing move away from the City of London and toward Brics, which again, is not going to help the UK. Indeed, the UK is especially vulnerable after Thatcher’s stupidity of pinning the success and otherwise of  UK economy onto the ‘ankers.

We also have the massive increase in government bureaucracy … destroying innovation and industry and encouraging wholesale corruption on a Soviet scale.

PREDICTION

What I predict … given we have lived in a century of growing economies, is that I will be naturally inclined to predict too much economic growth. So, I predict it is going to be worse than I imagine.

I am currently (before above adjustment) tending toward the view of not just a recession but a “slump”. I am very uncertain in that prediction, because we’ve never seen a situation like this where a government deliberately commits economic suicide. So, there is no previous experience to gauge what happens. So, it is  difficult to predict the exact nature of that  collapse … sudden within a few years or perhaps very long term over a century. I’ve no real way to decide.

All I can do, is go on gut feeling and that gut feeling is currently that we are heading to the worst slump in my lifetime. Even if we ignore everything else, the UK and US economies are a basket case. There’s a slump coming sometime. So, I’m thinking the economy will crash so hard that the government is forced to resign. Heads will roll, possibly a general election.

But, my prediction is that I will underestimate the downturn. Which suggests instead of metaphorical rolling heads, it going to be far worse. That suggests wholesale social struggle leading to imprisonment or worse of the previous “regime”. It’s not impossible that the UK could see a full blown revolution. I imagine that must take time to come about … which is an indication of how bad I should expect things to get. it’s going to be a long drawn out and extremely difficult time.

Sense check

Massive UK debt has been growing unchecked and is making the UK very susceptible to economic downturn.

Massive immigration has created a huge population of people with no real tie to the UK. As soon as the situation gets bad, they will be moving away. That is hugely destabilising. It means that once a recession starts, they are going to start moving, that will feedback as reduced demand and lower house prices, and that is going to hit the economy like a sledgehammer hitting a grape. Because there will be a snowball effect as soon as people start leaving, leading to more and more people leaving.

Nut Zero is destroying the economy and will likely end in a reduction of GDP around … let’s say 30%.

Ukraine, Brics, Israel, steeling Russia money, going to war with Iran and China … are wrecking the west’s credibility and so trading position globally … at a time other countries are quite capable of taking over.

Offcom are created an apartheid Britain where the minority are privileged and majority has extremely good reasons to hate a minority who have been foisted on them against their wishes. That does not bode well for social harmony. It’s an explosive mix, that will go up the moment things get difficult.

Trumps tariffs are a clear trigger … and it won’t need much.

Stammer can’t see children being raped when thousands are being raped. He is unlikely to see economic collapse when economic collapse is happening. You can’t ask for a worse … not a leader, just someone who seized power that everyone hates. There is no social cohesion left in the UK. No one is going to “pull together” under the corruption we have. It’s everyone for themselves.

The economy is already being destroyed and companies going bust all over the place. Its not going to stop.

The pot holes are spreading, at a time when government is MORE INTRUSIVE than ever before in history. Government is beyond the point where it can be controlled … it’s now a parasite that has taken over and certainly beyond the capability of Stammer.

I searched for “UK economic hope” … plenty of articles asking the question, a few blatant Ukrainian lies  … none giving any prospect of hope. Conclusion: there is none.

Conclusion

We are already in a deep recession, and we are just waiting for it to get so obvious that they can no longer lie to us about it.
