If anyone had asked me what the plan was a couple of years ago, I would have said it was this plan, and if they were to ask me now I would say: “it’s all going to plan”.
Which means I’m rather confused by people like Neil Oliver who now seem to be panicking and suddenly keen on “prepping”. Have I missed something? Surely the time for any “prepping” was years ago, indeed surely the time for action was years ago, rather than just as we enter the long slippery slope?
Which makes me wonder if Neil Oliver is all that he claims to be. Is he working for those with an agenda. Because his current rhetoric doesn’t seem to fit the reality that is occurring. What agenda might be in play? I have no idea. The world is filled with idiots like Trump who imagine the world will continue as it has, that they somehow will maintain control over events. But, they are wrong.
So I tend toward cockup rather than conspiracy. For those who have just woken up, yes the current situation would look worrying, and that in itself could trigger a strange response. They grasp at straws and those straws are the detritus of the “prepper” mentality – propaganda littering the internet from government funded sites for “homeland security” and disaster response and commercial interests pushing “prepping” as a way to make money. Neither of which is appropriate for the present situation.
And how can I criticise those who are suddenly worried and now grasp at the “prepping” straws? I’m just so used to knowing the future, that it no longer bothers me.
