NOAAgate is about to erupt as NOAA officials are confronted with the evidence proving that the reason they illegally and unconstitutionally refused to abide by the Congressional subpoena. And that they broke the law because they had both been instructed to fabricate research “proving” the pause did not exist and presumably also to hamper the inquiry.
More importantly, that smoking gun appears to come from the “Whitehouse window”. Which means the trail leads to Obama. We have yet to see how closely NOAAgate will involve Obama himself, but it is almost certain it will show Democrat interference in NOAA, in the global temperature, and that “science” was being corrupted to fit a democratic political agenda.
Except for two things, this might have remained a minor spat about science:
- Obama had made a tenet of Democrat policy that the world was ending in doomsday warming, had led a campaign viciously and maliciously attacking republicans who dared to investigate or comment, had misled those like the Pope (who are now looking foolish & misguided), and basically held a gun to the US public and said: “if you don’t vote Democrat you are siding with evil climate deniers”. That is tantamount to racketeering or at least using false “evidence” to arm-twist voters to wrongly support the Democrats.
- Obama has repeatedly bypassed the constitution, by for example throwing the dictionary out the window and redefining the word “pollution” to mean “plant food”. This meant laws intended for real pollutants could now be used for any “unwanted substance” from CO2, to water, to traffic, to overpopulation – anything could be redefined as “pollution” and left to Presidential decree. And CO2 wasn’t the only issue where he bypassed the constitution. There is immigration, on gun control**and no doubt that are many other ways he has been subverting the US constitution to gain “monarchical” power by decree.
So firstly, NOAAgate will expose the lie being used to force people to vote Democrat, and secondly it will show that Obama’s monarchical power grab was not only against the US constitution, but it was wholly unwarranted.
If you add to that, the pathetic “ISIS have been contained” speech the day before Paris, the illegal use of personal computers and destruction of emails by Clinton, NOAAgate is going to make the Democrats unelectable.
The Next President of the US
Which brings us onto the real question: who will be the next Republican President. I will admit Trump is ahead in the polls, however having seem how he behaved in Scotland like a “bull in a China shop”, basically ignoring the “little people”, I would be very afraid if he were us president and took the same approach to the “little countries”. Indeed, he may be the cause of much worse conflict.
So, there is only one real answer to who is suitable as US president and that is because only one candidate has shown the intelligence to tackle this global warming scam, the courage to run with it when all the odds looked against and barring last minute surprises from the Democrats, looks like being the one who made a Republican President a dead cert: Ted Cruz (ably helped by Inhofe and Lamar).
To put it another way: given a choice between Trump and Cruz fighting a war on ISIS, Trump doesn’t seem to have the political skill even to start thinking about how to tackle them and is just as likely to make things worse than better, whereas Cruz and his team have put together a superb ambush on climate – and if they were to do the same with ISIS, they would surely defeat them.
– However one plea – can you please keep something like “Obamacare”. Obama might have been an idiot on climate, but it is a disgrace if one of the richest nations on the planet doesn’t have medical care for its poor.
Note: I’m writing this as my best guess before the scandal – and it is just speculation – but by writing it before it starts, I will be able to look back and check to see just how much I was able to predict and just as importantly how much I got wrong. Thus I will should not be able to think “I predicted this” and so this prevents “confirmation bias”.
**I’m in favour of reasonable gun control – however in a US context that does not mean the same as the UK.
Whoever the NOAA whistleblower(s) is/are could be doing the world a big favour.
Of course Obama still hopes to bypass the US people’s representatives when the Paris climate conference ‘result’ is approved.
Like ISIS I don’t think the democrats have a strategy on climate – instead they just hope everyone is as obsessed as they are.
At a guess the Democrat strategy, or part of it, is to get donations in from anyone trying to sell renewables. In return they may get juicy contracts.
I was watching the congressional hearings today and it was no so much a slaughter of alarmists, but just a methodical clearout of their false assertions one by one. It’s also as if they are building the scandal one brick at a time – or perhaps taking the “town” by taking and clearly each house one by one. Sooner or later the Democrats will be left with no territory at all – and then I imagine the Republicans will go in for the kill.
Basic high school biology info: C01 is a poison but CO2 isn’t. CO2 comprises less than 1/2 of one percent of our atmosphere. It is necessary for plant respiration. Plants, in turn give us O2 and food that both humans and animals eat. If anything, we need MORE CO2 for more oxygen and food. Most of the earth’s atmosphere is water vapor. Global Warming (AKA Weather Change) is a worldwide scam by political criminals. They prey on gullible citizens who aren’t well-schooled in the basic natural sciences.
One could say that Trump might be spearheading a political revolution wherein all the old established folk can’t just coast along anymore. It’s time to break up some of the “old club” of established trough-feeders and rethink many of the established policies that were purely political in nature – like the Globull Warming fantasy.
