A while back there was talk of a massive El Nino –
Scientists warn of likely El Niño event in 2014
it quickly spread through the news, and then almost before we sceptics had started commenting it was gone.
Then recently, there was a similar “premature ejaculation” of press releases about a massive El Nino – and again when I go to look, we actually find that just a few weeks in the alarmists are back peddling furiously.
But even when I go to look for that link, I find the BBC & all the alarmist propagandists are wetting themselves with joy as apparently the latest figures are really really good again:
Biased Broadcasting Co: El Nino could ‘disrupt food markets’
Their desperation for this El Nino is written on every press release and news article. They must be hanging on every single nuance desperately trying to divine some kind of El Nino before this Autumn.
But the really daft thing is that if they had any gumption and thought about it for any time at all by their own logic, if temperatures should rise because of an El Nino – then by their logic – any rise can be dismissed because it won’t be El Nino causing it.
They must think that politicians, media and the public are completely gullible. They are drowning men, grasping at straws. That mentality is only found when people are hoping beyond hope for this last possible saviour. They are so preoccupied waiting for the Messiah of El Nino – to have thought through the stupidity of their situation – because surely, if you wanted to disprove the pause before the Autumn, the last thing you’d want is for us sceptics to be able to blame on an El Nino?
Global warming propagandists were never the brightest sparks in the barrel, but …
When when they realise … the games up?

Spotted a very similar sentiment on WUWT about hurricanes:
Is NASA praying for a major U.S. Hurricane?
SOLD OUT: Skeptic book ‘Climate Change the Facts’ (but one signed copy is available)
And on the last one – put yourself in the mind of a newspaper editor who for years has been told that the public want to hear mindless global warming propaganda and ask yourself this – what does a sceptic book becoming a best seller say to newspapers editors?
