Corrupt Scottish press – no mention of Pachauri's planned visit to Scotland despite meeting with Scottish minister

Dr Aileen McLeod, Scottish Minister for Environment & Climate Change

IPCC

Rajendra K. Pachauri, UN Chief climate scientist and alleged serial sexual harasser.

Why is Aileen McLeod, Minister for Environment & Climate Change hiding her arranged meeting with disgraced UN Chief climate scientist? Why are the Scottish press withholding details of this affair from the Scottish public?
The Scottish press have no official role in our democracy but the press often claim they have some special role as the champions of free speech or some other bullshit.
But now we know we’ve got some of the most biased, corrupt or at best ignorant press in the world. Almost all the Scottish media (with the single exception of perhaps the Dundee Courier) must be up to their backsides in the pay of BIG GOVERNMENT, BIG OIL, BIG wind or something, because they have intentionally hidden story of  UN chief climate scientist Pachauri’s meeting with Dr. Aileen McLeod MSP Minister for Environment & Climate Change
Does Dr McLeod have something to hide? How would we know? We can only judge from what we are not being told. Is there some high court judgement banning disclosure of this affair? Why aren’t the Scottish public allowed to hear what is actually going on in the world of climate “science” – although to call it “science” is an insult to every real scientist.
As was widely reported throughout the world and the English Press Pachauri, chief climate scientist of the UN is facing charges for sexual harassment.
Whilst it’s not my job, I contacted  both the Herald and Scotsman to tip off a couple of people I knew that this alleged serial sexual harasser was coming to Edinburgh to meet the Minister for Environment & Climate Change Dr Aileen Macleod MSP (planned for Thursday 16th April at National Museum of Scotland).
I assumed my contact would be one of many. And given the high profile of the Pachauri scandal, the importance placed on renewables by the SNP government, the recent admission that their policy was leading Scotland toward power cuts and the simple fact that Aileen is a woman, it’s a no brainer that an honest media would cover it. Come on, this is alleged sexual harassment by the worlds top UN climate scientists. Remember climate – the biggest issue the world is supposed to be facing!
To quote from the woman journalist at NoFrakkingConcensus:

“In true Pachauri fashion, his resignation letter is a two-page love letter to himself. You wouldn’t know that recent allegations of sexual assault, stalking, harassment, and uttering threats suggest strongly that he is a longtime sexual predator. You wouldn’t know that this latest scandal has profoundly undermined the credibility of the IPCC in the run-up to the UN climate summit scheduled for Paris in December.”

All those birdmincers on our hills shows the way the Scottish government fell hook line and sinker for this bullshit. It was obvious it had to be reported – IF WE HAD AN HONEST PRESS IN SCOTLAND.

We don’t have an honest press in Scotland

    Couldn’t agree more.
Not only the printed propaganda sheets, but listened to radio scotland this morning from 0600 to 0700 and not a mention of the alleged groper.
Mind you wall to wall coverage of a has-been Tory who resigned yesterday.
Was there a socialist involved in that scandal also?
    Can’t remember “wots ‘is name.
