Over at Jo Nova, she has one of the clearest instances of criminal fraud that has been seen in this whole $trillion global warming scam.
To put it simply, at the same time as telling us CO2 will cause “ocean acidification” the “scientists” (and how anyone can call such crooks scientists is beyond me), have been hiding the fact that the oceans have been getting more ALKALINE and not more ACIDIC as CO2 levels have been increasing.
And the clearly have been intentionally hiding the evidence as they refused to comply with an FOI request for the data.
It is clearly fraud intended to obtain public funding by deception and if this were the LIBOR interest rate being fraudulently manipulated, then it would be front page news, the police would be forced to investigate and likely cabinet minsters (or their foreign equivalent) forced to resign.
But this is not a city of London scandal but a global scandal worth over $1trillion. So, this hardly counts as news at all!!
Fraudulently manipulating temperature
And yesterday over at Steve Goddard we have more evidence that the temperature record is being systematically changed to warm the present and get rid of the “1940s bump”.
He gives the email from Climategate outlining the motive. He has repeated shown how they use “upjusting” to manipulate the data, so we have the method and means. This builds on previous articles such as “Data tampering at USHCNGISS“.

So, yet again we have clear unequivocal evidence of fraud in the “science” so that ocean acidification is a frayd, the temperature data is clearly manipulated and now with global ice back to normal, there’s no indication of any harm from CO2 and with record global crops there’s plenty of evidence of the benefit of rising CO2.
So why on earth is my family being forced to fund this fraudulent carbon scam out of our electricity bills and higher prices generally from these carbon taxes (taking from the poor to give to the rich?)

Acidgate
Named after ocean acidification – in a sense it refers to the whole delusional behaviour of the public sector and particularly academia regarding CO2.
There is now no evidence whatsoever of any harm being caused, yet this greenblob monster on acid continues to demand we sacrifice our fossil fuel economy to their green god.
As the climate models are increasingly discredited by the lack of warming, the focus is shifting to the bogeyman of ocean acidification. On this topic, alarmists are contradicting IPCC science.
Of course, the AR5 SPM features alarming statements, which are then second-guessed (undermined) by the actual science imbedded in the report details. The SPM asserts on Page 17 that fish habitats and production will fall and that ocean acidification threatens marine ecosystems.
WGII Report, Chapter 6 covers Ocean Systems. There we find more nuance and objectivity:
“Few field observations conducted in the last decade demonstrate biotic responses attributable to anthropogenic ocean acidification” pg 4
“Due to contradictory observations there is currently uncertainty about the future trends of major upwelling systems and how their drivers (enhanced productivity, acidification, and hypoxia) will shape ecosystem characteristics (low confidence).” Pg 5
“Both acclimatization and adaptation will shift sensitivity thresholds but the capacity and limits of species to acclimatize or adapt remain largely unknown” Pg 23
“Production, growth, and recruitment of most but not all non-calcifying
seaweeds also increased at CO2 levels from 700 to 900 µatm Pg 25
“Contributions of anthropogenic ocean acidification to climate-induced alterations in the field have rarely been established and are limited to observations in individual species” Pg. 27
“To date, very few ecosystem-level changes in the field have been attributed to anthropogenic or local ocean acidification.” Pg 39
I am finding much more credible the Senate Testimony of John T. Everett, in which he said:
“There is no reliable observational evidence of negative trends that can be traced definitively to lowered pH of the water. . . Papers that herald findings that show negative impacts need to be dismissed if they used acids rather than CO2 to reduce alkalinity, if they simulated CO2 values beyond triple those of today, while not reporting results at concentrations of half, present, double and triple, or as pointed out in several studies, they did not investigate adaptations over many generations.”
“In the oceans, major climate warming and cooling and pH (ocean pH about 8.1) changes are a fact of life, whether it is over a few years as in an El Niño, over decades as in the Pacific Decadal Oscillation or the North Atlantic Oscillation, or over a few hours as a burst of upwelling (pH about 7.59-7.8) appears or a storm brings acidic rainwater (pH about 4-6) into an estuary.”

You should take them to court, Mike. That’ll show them tens of thousands of “scientists” who are all experts in their field not to mess with a lone “Scottish” “sceptic”!
Unfortunately, as a sceptic I have no money and even if I did, they are in the wrong country.
However, I’ve already made inquiries about the procedure to recover the money that has been falsely taken from us as a family by the fraudulent assertions of some academics.
There is now sufficient interest that I’m sure we will take action when the temperature falls enough and even 100% unanimity by bogus “scientists” will not be enough for a jury to find in their favour.
